Brenda Pavlic

Brenda Pavlic, a woman of immense warmth, sharp wit, and deep devotion, passed away on August 29, 2026, at the age of 72. Reunited with her only born son. Roger shortridge jr.

Born on February 28, 1954, Brenda was proudly the daughter of the late Jerome and Loretta France. She lived her life with an open heart and a quick sense of humor that brought joy to everyone around her. She was a fiercely loyal protector of her family, a quality best known by her beloved son, Roger Shortridge Jr., whom she loved beyond measure and always stood by through thick and thin. While her family takes comfort in knowing she is now reunited with Roger and her brother Jerry, her presence will be profoundly missed by those she leaves behind.

Outside of her family, Brenda’s greatest joy was found in her garden. She poured her heart into tending her plants, nurturing life from the soil with the same patience, love, and care that she gave to her family. Her garden was a reflection of her spirit—vibrant, beautiful, and full of life. She leaves behind a legacy of laughter, unconditional love, and beautiful memories.

Brenda is survived by her companion of 31 years, Dwayne; her brother, Claude; her three cherished grandchildren, Roger Shortridge III, Peyton Shortridge, and Brooklyn Shortridge; and her three beloved great-grandchildren.
