Charles Norman Polak passed away at the age of 76 on August 12th, 2023.
He was born to Lillian Hinsey and Benjamin Frank in Cleveland, Ohio on April 11th, 1947.
Upon graduating from high school in 1965, he served four years in the United States Air Force.
He then entered the workforce and made his living as a salesman and an early adopter in the computer industry, but his passion was music. His encyclopedic knowledge and vast music collection meant he always had the perfect song for any occasion.
He enjoyed Cleveland Indians baseball, and never stopped being a devout diehard fan, win or lose.
But his proudest accomplishment was his family that he loved very deeply. He is survived by his loving wife Susan, his sister, Linda, his daughter Jill, his sons Jeffrey, Joshua, and Jess, his son-in-law Michael, his daughters-in-law Kate and Megan, and his beloved grandchildren Andrew, Noah, Wyatt, Matthew, Lily, Cole, Claire, Jonah, and Eliza.
His loss will be felt tremendously by all the lives he created and touched.
