Christopher M. Meckley

Christopher Matthew Meckley, 27, passed away suddenly after a short battle with cancer.  He was born November 16, 1995 in Akron, the son of Aaron and Melissa Meckley.  Christopher will always be remembered as a guy who loved his family, food, and sports.  Football, wrestling, fishing and gaming were his favorite past times.  Christopher was a joker with a great sense of humor.  He loved horseplay.  

Christopher is preceded in death by his Papaw and Meemaw Boyd and Glennice Meckley; Paw and Maw David and Judy Scott; and his great grandmother Joyce Stout.

He is survived by his loving wife Simatha Meckley; parents Aaron and Melissa Meckley; brother Anthony Meckley; six nephews and one niece; aunt Charlotte DeShais; uncle John (Shelly) Scott; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.  

A Celebration of Christopher's Life will be 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Walker Shelter (4357 State Park Drive in New Franklin).  Memorial donations may be made to the Cooper Cancer Center at Summa Health System and/or the American Diabetes Association.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
