Christopher Mick

Our beloved son Christopher Allan Mick passed away suddenly on October 6, 2026. Chris was born on February 2, 1982 in Canton, Ohio. From the time Christopher learned to talk, he brought laughter, charm and love to all who knew him. He enjoyed cooking with friends, music, art and filled a room with a presence that left anyone who met him with a smile.

Chris was preceded in death by his grandmother Adrienne Mick Kennedy, and is survived by his loving mother Kimbery Downey, his stepfather, Paul Downey, his father, Robert (Bobby) Mick, his half-brothers, Chad and Dylan Mick, and many loving cousins, aunts and uncles who loved his warmth, wit and kindness. Christopher will be sorely missed.

A private family celebration of Chris' life will be held to honor the spirit and adventure that Chris inspired in all. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in Christopher's name.
