Clyde R. Boyce

June 20, 1951 — March 30, 2026

Green

Clyde R. Boyce died peacefully at home in Green, Ohio on March 30, 2026 with his son Nathan by his side.

Preceded in death by parents Clyde C. and Abagail Boyce; sisters Carol A. Bennett (Boyce) and Judy L. Zerbe (Boyce).

Survived by his daughter Leslie (Jeff) Cole, sons Nathan Boyce and Darrin Boyce; sisters Chris (Rex) Sourwine and Robyn (Bart Barry) Cottrell; and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Clyde was a 1969 Manchester High School graduate and also studied at The University of Akron. He enjoyed being a part of The Boy Scouts of America, participating in the Soap Box Derby and playing football for MHS Panthers in his youth. He spent most of his life working as a PipeFitter/HVAC Technician. After spending some years in South Carolina he returned to the Akron, Ohio area.

He enjoyed family gatherings knowing that his favorite foods and plenty of chocolate desserts would be there. Clyde was very interested in current affairs and watched hours of football with his son Nathan.

With his easy personality he had many friends over the years that will surely miss his humor and laughter.  To all of you - just know he’s now riding high in a fast sports car waving that cowboy hat!

Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330)535-9186
