David W. Speck

David W. Speck, 73, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2025.  He was born May 7, 1952 in Akron, the son of the late Cecil and Flora Speck.  David will always be remembered as a tough guy and a man's man.  He loved working out at the gym, riding his Harley Davidson, and going fishing.  He also loved to read.  David's family members are; son Christopher Speck of Canton, Ohio; daughter, Julie (Jose) Galindo; two grandchildren Brandon and Brooke Starvatow; siblings Onie, Dan, and the late Ron Speck; the late mother of his children, Georgia Speck; his best friends Jaime Merlo and Mike Karl; girlfriend Janet Phelps; as well as many other family and friends.  Per his wishes, cremation will take place.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
