Dorothy Marshall

Dorothy K Marshall 73, passed away peacefully at home on October 6th after a lengthy illness. She was born November 20th, 1952 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Henry and Easter Hensley. 

Dorothy was a great mom to her kids and all of their friends. She was an amazing cook and always making food for the people she loved. It’s been said that her gravy was second to none! 

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Jim, her son Jimmy and his wife Paige, her siblings Dory, Billie Ruth, Bonnie, Jeane Rae, Margaret, Jim Bob, and Doug. 

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Nikki and her husband Jimmy, her sisters Lynn(Andy) Elliot, Henri(Bobby) Cooper, and Joyce Schofield. Her grandchildren Nicolas(Alex) Marshall, Brandyn Russel, Allison Marshall, Evan Smith, Crosby Smith, and Emma Moledor. Her beautiful great granddaughters Ellis and Ava Marshall. 

Special Thank You to the care team hospice for all the love and support and great care. The family would also like to thank Mandy(Brian) Moledor and Heidi Smith for the continuous support and love for Mamaw.
