Edward Allen Miller

Edward A. Miller, 74, of Canton, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026, in his home.

A son of the late Junior and Vera (Funk) Miller, he was born on November 22, 1951, in Ashland, Ohio.

Throughout his life, Ed enjoyed bowling, golfing, camping, fishing, fantasy football and spending time with family. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 2374 in Louisville, Ohio. He worked at Steralite in Massillon as a machinist.

Ed is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sharon (Bliler) Miller; two siblings, Deb (Dana) Bowen, Ricky Miller of Ashland, Ohio; nephew, Matt Bliler; nieces, Courtney Eckles, Katy (Jeremy) Amstutz, Kelsy (Tim) Arnold, and Kally (Caleb) French; twelve great nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Richard Bliler; and sister-in-law, Vaughn Miller.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Kelvin Miller.

A Celebration of Life to honor Ed’s memory will be held at a future date.
