Eric (Aimee) Ingram

Eric (Aimee) Ingram passed away July 27. With closet family by her side. After  a two week fight for survival resulting from a bike accident. Heaven has gained another Angel. 

A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday August 2, from 1PM-3PM at Adam's
Funeral Home (791 E. Market St.)

A Celebration of life will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Front Porch Fellowship (1095 Edison Ave.)

Eric was born August 17, 1971. Soon after was adopted by his loving parents Dennis and Lois Ingram. He grew up in Akron with older brother Kevin and younger sister Mindy, and several foster siblings. All Eric's dreams came true When he met Katie in 2010. Their relationship blossomed and Eric became a father to her four children. Eric started to live their true self two years ago as Aimee. If you had the chance to be near her during her transition you would have witnessed the sparkle in her eye.

She is survived by her loving wife Katie Ingram, children; Cassidy (Evan) Hastings Trevor (Talia) Campbell-Ingram, Hunter Campbell-Ingram, and Jessica Ingram and her very special grandchildren: Logan Hastings, Lynix Hastings, and Lunalie Hastings. Her parents Dennis and Lois Ingram, siblings; Kevin Ingram and Mindy (Courtney)Ingram. Her birth sister Ce Ce (Bonita) Cave, foster sibling Scott (Candice) Sharpe, and chosen brother Tivie Preer. Nieces and nephews: Zack and Zoe Ingram, Skylah Smith, Shaunda (Sam) Harper, Monique Cave, and Darchez Cave, and many other special people. Aimee was preceded in death by beloved fur baby, Dopey.

Aimee worked at Don Drumm Studio for approximately eleven years. She loved making beats and music in general. She loved to go on long walks with Katie, play Madden, watch the Browns, and being "grandpa" to her three beautiful grandchildren. She was always there to help others fix things, a "jack of all trades a master of none."

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help the family with current and future expenses.
