Ermalee Short

Ermalee Short died peacefully at Summa Hospital June 6, 2026. She is survived by her children Cheryl Dula (James), Errol Pippin and life-long partner Misty Greider; grandchildren Angela Clabuesch (Ted) and Jaime Kines (Michael); great-grandchildren Brandon Lykins, Kalybre Taylor, James, Dylon, Lily, Liberty, and Madlynn Kines; and great-great-grandchildren Jasper, Ayden, and Ryder Kines. 

Ermalee is also survived by brothers Dewey Burress (Alice), Paul Burress (Marlene), Gene Burress (Dorothy), and Gerald Burress. Sisters Sharon Green, Sue Yoder (Jim), Lynn Burress, Geraldine Brewster, and Eugenia Burress.

She is preceded in death by her parents Blaine and Ona Burress, son Michael Pippin, brothers J.K, Issac, Mark, and Anthony as well as sisters Opal White and Linda Carano.

A celebration of life will be done at a later date.
