Frank Paul Yacobucci Jr.

Frank passed away peacefully on February 23. 

Frank spent his entire life in North Hill, a place he proudly called home and built lasting memories and connections with neighbors and friends throughout his 84 years. He was a familiar presence and many would see him still walking the Hill even as recently as this past summer. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank; his mother, Joanne; and his brother, Joe. 

Frank leaves behind his daughters, Felecia and Lisa; his son, Franko; sister Marianne, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Cremation has taken place. Service and Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring.
