Greenly Aurora Fierman-Ickes

Our beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Greenly Aurora Fierman-Ickes, the light of our lives tragically passed away on July 25th, 2025, leaving behind a family that loved her without limits. There are simply no words that will ever express how deeply this wonderful bouncing, smiling, ever-happy, sassy little girl affected those around her and how profoundly her loss will be felt.

In her life, she enjoyed Gabby’s Dollhouse, Legos, Barbie, harassing her brother Elliot (and vice versa), watching her brother Avery play video games, watching funny cat videos, bye-bye’s with the mama, tickles from “bad daddy,” mama’s coffee when she wasn’t looking, riding her scooter, being “boss” to her great uncle Dennis working in the yard, stopping daddy from going to work because the “hospital was invisible,” and countless other activities such as martial arts, ninja classes, coloring, building puzzles, and chasing the kitties.

She is survived by innumerable family members, those closest being her parents Elizabeth Fierman and Dr. Harold Ickes II, brothers Avery William and Elliot Benjamin Fierman-Ickes, Grandparents Dr. Henny (Lukas) Fierman and Harvey Fierman, Nadine (Mendelsohn) Ziskind and Dr. David Ziskind, Great Uncle Dennis Petty and Laura Petty, Uncle Paul Fierman and Elizabeth Perez, Aunt Lori (Fierman) Blankenship and Mick Blankenship, Aunt and Uncle Lucinda and Ron Ickes, family friend and teacher Thomas Eldridge (who called her “Green beans” or “The Beans”), and kitties Marble and Midnight.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park in Cuyahoga Falls, followed by a memorial service at Harvey and Henny Fierman’s home, 34960 Spatterdock Lane, Solon, Ohio.
