Greg Drungil

Greg Drungil, 59, passed away January 18, 2023, after having a sudden stroke. Greg wished to be an organ donor and his generous gift will help other families.

Greg was born July 1963, in Chicago, Illinois and was a 1982 graduate of Crete-Monee H.S. in Crete, Illinois.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea.  Greg was a longtime resident of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.  He enjoyed boating, water skiing, yard work, and  the outdoors. Hanging out with family and Barron, his faithful yellow Labrador, was very important to Greg.

He is survived by his son, Nick; His siblings Mary Arenson (Jeff); Ron Drungil (Karen); Tom Drungil (Carol); MaryJo O'Toole (Michael); Dede Osterberger (Tom); and many loving nieces and nephews.

Per his wishes, cremation has been honored, and a celebration of his life will be held in Cuyahoga Falls on a future date.

Greg had a gentle soul and the ability to put people at ease and to make them laugh.
