Jake Michael Burns, 33, of Akron, passed away after a long struggle with addiction on January 1, 2025. He was born May 19, 1991 in Barberton Hospital. He is preceded in death by his brother Justin J. Burns; and his mother Laura Burns (Reynolds). Jake is survived by his father James W. Burns; niece Justine L. Holstine and nephew Justin D. Burns of Akron. Cremation has taken place.
