James Mitchell

James L. Mitchell, 83 passed away December 25, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn (Whitney) Mitchell, and parents Albert & Annabelle Mitchell.

Jim graduated from Akron North High School and from Akron University. Retired from Parker Hannifin in Plainwell, Michigan. In Michigan Jim had a small farm that he loved.

Survived by his son Robert, brother Donald Mitchell, sister Susan Anderson (Thomas)

According to his wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions to any Humane Society would be appreciated.
