James Steven Rose

It is with heavy heart we announce the death of our father, James (Jim) S. Rose. He passed away peacefully at the age of 87. Our dad enjoyed classic cars (often telling stories of drag racing in his youth), trains, country music (with a particular love for Johnny Cash) and WWII documentaries and memoribilla. Jim served honorably in the Armed Forces in Korea and was proud of his service. He possessed a wry and clever sense of humor - which he employed often. Jim leaves behind three children (Tammy, David & Daniel) and many nieces and nephews. He adored his two grandchildren, Alex,10, and Angelina,14. His wife, Carole, preceded him in death. Jim was close with his brother, Richard, who also preceded him in death. He will be sadly missed and will forever hold a place in our hearts.
