Janet & Terrance Walsh

Janet Marie Walsh, 74, of Akron, Ohio, and her beloved husband, Terrance Adreance Walsh, were devoted partners for 50 years and are remembered together with love.

Janet was born April 16, 1951, in Akron, Ohio. She spent much of her career with Akron Equipment Company, where she was known as a dedicated and hardworking employee. Janet had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed spending time at the Gorge in Akron, traveling, and being with her family. She was a loving and compassionate person who brought energy and joy wherever she went, often becoming the life of the gathering. More than anything, she cherished time spent with those she loved.

Terrance proudly served in the United States Army and later worked for Arch Company as an electronic technician. He played a role in helping develop paging systems throughout Northeast Ohio. Terrance enjoyed playing pool, working with electronics, and building computers. He had a natural ability to get along with everyone and was well-liked by all who knew him.

Together, Janet and Terrance built a life centered around family. They shared many special memories, especially their tradition of traveling together each year, creating lasting moments with those closest to them.

Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Terrance.

They are survived by their children, Dawn (Keith) Walsh and Shaun; their grandson, Shane Walsh; and their great-granddaughter, Adalyn.

Janet and Terrance will be deeply missed by their family and all who had the privilege of knowing them.
