In Loving Memory of John M. Hauser

May 9, 1957 — October 28, 2025

John M. Hauser, a man of unwavering faith and quiet integrity, went home to be with the Lord on October 28, 2025, at the age of 68.

A Life of Integrity on the Open Road

For 14 years, John was a familiar and reliable presence behind the wheel for Fastenal. He took immense pride in his work, embodying a spirit of grit and reliability. To those who knew him, he was the definition of a "straight shooter"—a man whose word was his bond and whose character was forged in hard work and kindness.

A Heart for God’s Creation

Yet, for all the miles he traveled, John's heart was always anchored at home in the quiet beauty of nature. He was a man who noticed the small things—tending to the birds and caring for every animal that crossed his path with a gentle, profound kindness. Because of his care, the world around him was left a little kinder than he found it.

A Devoted Helper and Friend

John lived by the commandment to love one's neighbor. Whether helping a family member with a difficult task, assisting a friend in need, or being the first to lend a hand to a neighbor, he served others without ever asking for recognition. He was a pillar of support, a steady hand, and a loyal presence in the lives of those he loved.

Family Legacy

John is survived by his brother, James Hauser (Kim); his sister, Pat Romine (Max); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Lawson, David Balyint, Kati Savage, J.C. Hauser, Nicole Ebner, and Whitney Romine. His presence as a helpful brother and a beloved uncle will be missed every day.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James A. and Patricia A. Hauser, and his sister, Beverly Balyint.

While there will be no public service, John was cremated and laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The family appreciates your prayers and privacy during this time.

"His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant... enter thou into the joy of thy lord." — Matthew 25:21
