Joyce Irene Czartoszewski

Joyce Czartoszewski, 85, passed away May 9th, 2023.

Joyce was born in Tiffin, OH on February 24th, 1938.  She was a graduate of Bowling Green University.  She enjoyed teaching and worked many years as a home instructor with Springfield schools.

Joyce touched the hearts of those she came in contact with.  She loved her family deeply and spending time with her grandchildren brought her great joy.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Czartoszewski and her parents Elizabeth (Smith) Reichard and Marvin Reichard.  She is survived by her daughters Tricia (Bill) Horton and Michelle (Matt) McCarron and her sister Pam (Tom) Kottyan, as well as her beloved grandchildren Ryan and Lisa Horton.

Viewing will be held Wednesday May 17th 11:30-1:30 at Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street in Akron).  In lieu of flowers please make donations to American Cancer Society.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason (330) 535-9186
