Karena Wortman, 73, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2026 after a brief illness. She is preceded in death by sister Kathy Broughton and brother Karl Wortman. She leaves behind sister Kara Kovac (Ed), brothers Kaye Wortman (Lelia) and Keith Wortman (Beverly), sister-in-law Marilyn Wortman and many beloved nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service celebrating Karena’s life will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Broadman Baptist Church, 350 East Bath Road Cuyahoga Falls, Oh 44223 at 1:00pm.

Family and friends are invited to gather together to remember and honor Karena’s life and the memories she leaves behind.
