Lauretta Guy

Lauretta Carol Guy, 60 of Ravenna, Ohio passed away June 12, 2024 following a brutal battle with pancreatic cancer.

 She was born May 15, 1964 in Rootstown, Ohio and is the daughter of Harold Farmer and Doris (Wood) Farmer.

 Lauretta graduated from Rootstown High School, after she graduated she began a career in the medical field, serving as a home health aide for nearly 20 years. She enjoyed the simple things such as nature walks, sitting outside, and enjoying time with the people she loved. She will always be remembered as a selfless, caring woman who could light up any room. Through her battle with pancreatic cancer, she still managed to make her loved ones smile. She is now an inspiration to many people.

Lauretta is preceded in death by her dear sister Darlene Farmer and former husband, Timothy Moff.

 She is survived by her loving parents Harold and Doris Farmer and adoring children Brandon Richard Guy and Alexis Grace Guy.

 The family would like to extend a huge thank you to The Arbors of Streetsboro Team, Affinity Care Team and the numerous family friends by her side.

 There will be a Celebration of Life at the Ravenna Church of Christ, 3897 Summit Road Ravenna, Ohio 44266, Saturday June 29th from 1-4pm. The Memorial service will be from 2:00- 2:30pm.
