Leah Smith Lane

Leah “Putts” Smith Lane 76, of Barberton, was born on November 15, 1949 in Ravenna OH. Went to be with the Lord on May 16, 2026. She was a devoted wife and mother and her greatest joy was her grandchildren. Leah was married to Larry A Lane on June 6,1970 who she happily rejoined with in eternity. She was preceded in death by her mother Leah (Chapman) Midcap, father Clifford Smith, siblings Clifford Smith, Teddy Steele, Mike Hardman ,angel baby Lisa Marie, and son in law Jonathan Bryan. She was a loving mother to whom she is survived by Laura Bryan, Larry A (Debra)Lane and Ryan S (Angie) Lane. Grandchildren Owen, Justin, Morgan, Kendall, Wyatt, Tyler, Hayden and Griffin. She is also survived by brother Harvey Hardman.

There will be a graveside service at 11 o’clock at Greenlawn Cemetery,2580 Romig Rd. Akron, Oh. 44320 on Tuesday May 26,2026
