Lynn Helen Wasson

Lynn Helen Wasson (Hoffman) passed away Monday 21 of Oct 2024, after a long illness. Lynn graduated from Akron Buchtel High School class of 1964. She went on to become a licensed practical nurse at St. Joseph School of Nursing in Lorian, Ohio. She was proceeded in death by parents Dr. Walter R. and Helen F . (Walsh) Hoffman; aunts and uncles Drs Trudy (Lloyd) Kammer, Harry (Rose) Hoffman; in-laws Paul B. and Frances K. (Nemcovsky) Wasson; brothers-in-law Carl Glenn Wasson II and David P. Wasson, Ted Walah; and niece Charis Joy Wood.  She is missed by her husband Jerry B. Wasson; daughters Jennifer L. (Jeff) Heerema, Jean M. (William) Rae; son, Michael B. Wasson; grandchildren, Christopher, Isaac, and Emily Wasson, Ryan and Morgan Heerema, and Madelyn and Rachel Rae; her loved nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, Buchtel classmates and many, many nurses.  Many thanks to Summa and Western Reserve Hospitals and all of the doctors and nurses that have taken care of Lynn over the many years.
