Michael Anthony Dean Bostaph

Michael Anthony Dean Bostaph was born on June 28, 1959 in Akron, Ohio. He passed away on July 26, 2026 after fighting a life long battle with multiple health issues.

Michael was a kind and compassionate man who loved telling stories of his life and all the exciting things he did. He had a brilliant mind and it showed. He loved watching movies, DIY shows and listening to music. He was also a good cook and made some delicious pizza sauce.

Michael was a resident of Kent, Ohio since the 80s. He's preceded in death by his wife of 30 years Derba Bostaph and his Special Family Mary and Tony Frasca.

He leaves behind his adopted daughter Jodie Ann Shoemaker and two half brothers Bernard Bostaph from Ohio and Joe Bostaph from Oklahoma.

Michael had many friends he cared about and if you were lucky you were considered his Special Family. Which includes Monica Simone, Paula Frasca, Nick Frasca, Dominic Frasca and Maria Wahl from California and Claudia Frasca from Italy. Others he also called Family were is neighbors Kristinna and Chrystian Johnson whom looked out for each other till his final days.
