Nicole L. Ball, 56, of Cuyahoga Falls, beloved mother, wife, sister and daughter, passed away on November 13th, 2025.
Nicole’s joys were watching her sons march in the Cuyahoga Falls Marching Band and her enthusiasm for live music.
She loved to travel with her husband and sons to see all of her favorite bands, especially the Foo Fighters, My Morning Jacket, The Cure, Duran Duran and most recently Billy Strings.
She also enjoyed cooking for her family, Sunday hikes with her boys and completing the annual Summit County Metro Parks Fall Hiking Spree.
As a voracious reader, Nicole was always surprising us with her quick intelligence, obscure random facts and tidbits of knowledge.
Having graduated from Ellet Hight School, Nicole went on to earn her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron and then go on to pass the CPA examine. She was an alumnae member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and had served diligently on their House Association Committee.
Nicole had a dedicated 30+ year career in the Accounting field with the majority of her career working as a Financial Analyst and Project Accountant for both B&W and First Energy.
She is survived by her husband Scott, sons Quentin and Andrew (Andy), sister Shelly Kovach and parents Sandy and Richard Kovach.
Nicole is dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cuyahoga Falls Instrumental Music Programs, which does so much for the music students in the Cuyahoga Falls School District at www.cfbands.com
A private family service will be held in her honor.
