Patricia Ann Brown

Patricia Ann Brown, 82, of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly on August 4, 2025. She was born on October 29, 1942 in Canton to the late Donald and Anna Marie (Houser) Sheaters.

Pat shared 47 loving years with her husband Larry Keith Brown whom she married on August 26, 1977.

Together, they made unforgettable memories traveling the world to places like Australia, England, and Ireland to name a few, and many joyful cruises that became cherished adventures.

Another favorite destination of hers was to Amish country and there were never too many trips there. It became a monthly outing that Pat shared with her sisters, enjoying every moment together.

Her friendships extended beyond her family circle and included her beloved “Condo Ladies” sharing countless laughs, good food and support from one another.

Pat’s greatest joy in life though came from spending time with her family. She loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, school activities or any other gathering where she could enjoy the moment as a Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Great-Great-Grandma.

Since retirement years ago, Pat and Keith have been fortunate enough to have been able to reside in Florida, as well as Texas and Ohio spending quality time with Children and Grandchildren.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and will be deeply missed.

In addition to her husband Larry, Pat is survived by her children Thomas Johnson, Diane (Mark) Thomas, Christina Johnson, Lyn Johnson, Elizabeth (Greg) Fox, Kenneth Brown, Dennis (Pam) Brown, Mark (Tammy) Brown and Joetta (Billy) Stark; sisters Beverly (Bob) Lauper, Charlotte Wenzel, Donna (Pat) Loss and Cheryl (Todd) Weirich; as well as many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-children, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her sons Michael S. Brown and Larry K. Brown, Jr., and daughter-in-law Elizabeth Y. Brown.
