Patricia Ann Hartman

Patricia Ann Hartman, 74, of Rittman, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026 surrounded by family.

Born on November 12, 1951, in Akron, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late George Buterbaugh and Pauline Garrett.

Patricia had a radiant presence that could light up any room and a wonderful sense of humor that brought smiles and laughter to those around her. Deeply devoted to her family, she was known for her kindness, warmth, and loving heart. She took great joy in having her hair and makeup done, always appreciating the opportunity to look and feel her best. She also cherished traveling with her family, creating lasting memories while exploring new places and taking in the beauty and sights of each destination.

She is survived by her three children, Carrie Murray, Christina Connolly, Corey Hartman; four grandchildren, Heather Tanner, Paige Murray, Nicole Hutchinson, Dakota Hutchinson; three great-grandchildren, Mayson and Ahri Hooser, and Connor Demastus; and siblings, Robin (Bruce) Cramer, Brian Buterbaugh, and Curt Buterbaugh.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gregory Hartman in April of 2025, and two brothers, George and Richard Buterbaugh.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date to honor her life and legacy.
