Akron

In Loving Memory of Peggy Sue Dietz.  Peggy Sue Dietz, 85, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a family who loved her deeply.  Born on August 11, 1941, in Akron, Ohio, but her heart was in Georgia, where she spent summers with her beloved grandmother.  Peggy dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker.  She had a heart of gold and was known for her kindness, quick wit, loving spirit, and her wonderful sense of humor.

Peggy found joy in life's simple pleasures.  She loved listening to country music, especially the Grand Ole Opry, watching classic westerns, singing, writing stories, and trying her luck at the lottery.  She treasured her family and created countless memories with her family.

One of Peggy's greatest joys was the special bond she shared with her beloved daughter Robin Lynn.  The two were inseparable.  They shared a wonderfully goofy sense of humor and were truly partners in crime.  Their love for each other was unmistakable.

Peggy Sue is lovingly survived by her daughter Darla (David) Wellman; her grandchildren, Joshua Wellman, Jacob Wellman, Jenna Wellman; great grandchildren Jaxson, Joseph, Landon, Carson, Colton, Wyatt, and Lincoln; as well as bonus granddaughters Tabitha and Payton.  She is preceded in death by husband William (Bill) Dietz; cherished daughter Robin Lynn, and loving parents Terrell and Nanny Ruth Stancil.

Peggy Sue will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
