Richard Arthur Williamson

Richard A. Williamson, 81, passed away March 10, 2025. He was born November 13, 1943 in Akron. Richard served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He was also a life member of the VFW, Eagles, and the Moose with Pilgrim status. Dick will always be remembered as the nicest guy you could meet. He was happy go lucky, and nothing shook him. If anything went wrong, his remedy was to just laugh about and make the most of the situation. Dick is survived by his longtime companion Jeanie Santa; sister Marla Harris; sons Michael (Darlyn) Williamson, Mark Williamson, Dan (Lori Walko) Williamson, and Kevin (Molly) Williamson; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Per his wishes cremation will take place and he will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.

Inurnment with military honors is scheduled at 12:45pm on March 27, 2025.
