Robert Lee Russell

Robert Lee Russell (Bob, Bobby) passed away suddenly on December 19, 2023. He was born on July 20, 1955 and was a lifelong resident of Akron, Ohio graduating from Garfield high school in 1975. He loved music, fishing, boating, playing chess and euchre,  & dearly loved his cats. Bob worked as a maintenance mechanic before becoming a pipefitter for Local  219. Preceded in death by his mother Mamie Ruth Russell in 2004, he is survived by his daughter Paige LeeAnn Russell,  former spouse Cindie Russell, close cousin Heather Davis (Odell, Abby) and a handful of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.  Cremation has taken place. Small memorial service to follow at later date TBA. Inurnment Hillside Memorial Park.
