Ronnie Dale Cottrill

It is with a broken heart that I, Lana C. Cottrill, say goodbye to my husband Ronnie Dale Cottrill.  Who I was together with for 51 years.  He also leaves behind his children Ronnie Jr. (Michelle), Johnny (Mindy), Wayne (Connie), Jamie (Stan), and Tabatha (Cory).  He is preceded in death by his parents Darius and Helen; his brothers Henry, Stanley, and Ralph; sisters Gladys and Darlene.  He leaves behind brothers Wayne (Diane), Robert and Dewey; his sisters Joyce, Shirley (Les), Jeannie (Jim), Linda, and Brenda; best friend Mike Vandergriff.  He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Ronnie loved his beer, golf, fishing, hunting, and playing pool.  Ronnie could fix anything you could put in front of him no matter what.   He was an extremely hard worker for his family. 

Per Ronnie, cremation will take place with no calling hours.  We will be having a celebration of life on his birthday October 19, 2025 2:00 pm to 6:00 PM.  Family and friends are welcome.  It will be held at Springfield Lake Pavilion across from the gazebo.  Please bring a covered dish.  Let's have a good time...he would want that!  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the celebration of life to help the family with funeral expenses.
