Sarah Margret Bolyard

Sarah Margret Bolyard (née Lame), born on April 24, 1983, in Houston, Texas, passed away on July 26, 2025, in Akron, Ohio. She was 42 years old.

Sarah's life was one marked by deep love for her family and a passion for embracing every moment. She was the cherished daughter of Edna and Gary Lame and the beloved sister of Thomas Sapp, Ken Lame, and John Lame. Her legacy continues through her beloved husband Darrell Bolyard, children-Kaitlyn Lame, Hailey Bolyard, and Chyno Bolyard —and her treasured grandchildren: Violet Bolyard, Nova Kannal, River Kannal, Caiden Hill, and Oliver Bolyard.

Sarah found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren. Whether it was embarking on spontaneous adventures or simply sharing laughter at home, she created memories that will be held close by those who loved her. Her heart belonged to the ocean; she especially adored visiting beaches and watching dolphins dance across the waves. These moments of peace and wonder reflected the spirit with which she lived her life.

She was preceded in death by her aunts Donna and Gloria and her uncle Harry. Their memories remained close to Sarah's heart throughout her life.

Those who knew Sarah remember her as a fierce friend and an irreplaceable loved one. Her presence brought warmth and strength to those around her. In keeping with her wishes, she would want everyone to know how deeply she loved them-and to not mourn her passing but instead celebrate the vibrant life she lived.

May Sarah's memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 10, 2025, from 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM at Our Home 2343 Triplett Boulevard.
