Shirley Ann Duncan

Shirley Curnow Duncan passed away at the age of 91 on June 25, 2024 in Fairlawn, OH. 

Shirley was born on April 2nd, 1933 to parents James and Frances Sedra. She grew up in Hayward, CA with her brother Earl, who preceded her in death. Shirley had two children Caren (71) and Steven (69). In 1973, Shirley married Donald Curnow and they were married for 32 years before Donald passed away in 2005. Throughout their marriage, they enjoyed spending time with their family, gardening, boating, NASCAR, and traveling in their RV. 

After the passing of Donald, Shirley married Bill Duncan in 2010 and they spent their time at their lake house feeding the wildlife, enjoying the views and spending time with their families before Bill passed away in 2019.

Shirley enjoyed spending time with her family the most. Being surrounded by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her joy and happiness. She enjoyed tinkering in the garden, reading, baking and being outside in nature.

She is survived in death by her children: Caren(Billy) Martin and Steven(Patty) Crosier, grandchildren: Andrea Martin, Cameron Martin, Dylan(Sarah) Crosier and great-grandchildren: Emerson and Della.
