Smiljana Damjanovic passed away aged 64, on June 14, 2024 after a brief battle with Cancer. She is preceded in death by her sisters Smirna Turkalj and Mirjana Strazanac. She is survived by her children Jelena Sabljak, Danijela Hunt, Tihomir Sabljak, Dejan Damjanovic, Zvjezdan Damjanovic, Zoran Raduka, numerous grand children, and nieces, nephews. Also included as family would be her close friends and neighbors who all held a special place in her heart. Smiljana was born July 31, 1959 in Croatia. Smiljana was a small-business owner, and was deeply involved in community affairs.
