Tamica Marie Mineo

Tamica Marie Mineo, born December 9th, 1975 in Passaic, NJ, peacefully passed away on March 7th, 2026 at the age of 50 surrounded by her loving family, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Tamica is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Mineo-Barnes, and her father, Butch Cousins. She is survived by many loved ones. Her children; Gemeire Lewis and Generra Keith. Her sisters; B.J, Crystal (Stuart), Stacy, Dusti, Shannon, Liz, Donna, Rose, and Bailey; as well as her brothers, Mike and D.J. Her nieces and nephews; Xenna, Justin, Brandon Jr., Nasir, Breanna, Daesha, Aria, Chawntina, Amia, Adrianna, Brandon, Bryan, Jeremiah, Sashe, Khalil, Marquese, Omarion, Breyonna, Desiree, Dominic,Corey, Ayrabella, and Zyair.

To her family, Tamica was a steady source of warmth, encouragement, and compassion. She believed that family was one of life's greatest gifts, and she made sure the people she loved always knew how important they were to her. Whether through thoughtful words, shared laughter, or quiet acts of generosity, she created lasting memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Tamica will be remembered for her big heart, her willingness to help others, and the love she gave so freely. Though she is deeply missed, the impact of her kindness and the strength of her love will remain with her family forever

Her memory will continue to inspire those who knew her to care for one another in the way she always did - with generosity, patients, and a whole lot of love.

For people to pay their respects, calling hours will be held at Adams Mason Funeral Home located at 791 E Market St, Akron, OH 44305 on March 13th between 2-4 p.m.

After calling hours, Donna will be hosting a gathering for family and friends to celebrate Tamica's life.
