Warren was born September 10, 1947, in Cleveland where he grew up. He enlisted in the Navy after graduation from Nordonia High School. He was an aircraft mechanic stationed in Hawaii. He was honorably discharged and received the following awards: National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Meritorious Unit Comendation. After discharge Warren went into construction and was known for his exquisite craftmanship.
Warren was a selfless, kind, and loving man and always ready to help anyone who needed him. He was extremely handy and could build or fix anything. He enjoyed driving in his convertible on sunny days to get his favorite milkshake. He liked traveling and spending time with his special friend Pamela. He was always supportive of his family and friends. Warren and his daughter spent almost every Sunday together watching the Browns play since she was little. Still hoping for that Super Bowl one day. He was loved and will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
