William L. Arter

William L. Arter “Bill”, 69, passed away Friday, September 28, 2024 at home. William worked for B&C for many years and retired from AWP in February of 2022. Bill was a wonderful man. He was always kind and generous and would always help the people he loved. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved to play scrabble. He will be missed by his daughter Becky; his life long companion Jean; sister Becky (Wayne); nephew Will (Patty); niece Rhonda (Owen); as well as many other nieces, nephew, friends, and his sidekick Maggie May.
