William Henry Elgin Jr.

William "Bill" H. Elgin Jr., 56, passed away after a battle with ALS on November 13, 2024.  He was born August 9, 1968 in Warren, Ohio.  Bill will always be remembered as a devoted family man with a strong mind and a tremendous work ethic.   In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, muscle cars, and RV's.  He is preceded in death by his father William Elgin; and his grandparents Denver R. and Glenda Louise Nestor.  Bill is survived by his daughters Amanda Elgin and Justine Stutler; grandchildren Andrew, Adyson, Isaiah, Jayden, Rylan, and Madison; mother Brenda Ramey; siblings Claudia (Allen) Horst, David Elgin, Kathy Elgin, and Sherrie Elgin; fiancé Christin; and his faithful Chihuahua "Hulk".  Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, November 15, 2024 at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens (1290 Fairmont Road, Morgantown, West Virginia 26501).  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
