William Howard Smith (Bill)

Our Heavenly father called Bill home Febuary 10, 2023. Bill was a family man who loved his wife, children, grandchildren, and his four leg friend Bono. He is survived by his mother June Etta Roe, his lifelong partner, best friend and wife of 27 years Ruth Eileen Smith, son William "Billy" Smith (Candy), daughters Ginger Marie (Fred), Tabatha Bigger (Tony), Stepdaughters Rayette Braham (Tony), Garnet Drake (Justin), sisters Cyndi Hickman, and Jackie Russell, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren that he adored.
